Flocculents

Acrylamide powder products, the polymers are used as flocculent; they cause the formation of bonds between coagulated particles and increase the precipitation yields of suspended solids.

For good sludge dewatering, the correct type of polymer should be evaluated with the beaker tests and the use of a ferric coagulant should be considered to increase the dehydration yield and to reduce odors.

Our evaluation service is available on site or at our laboratory to choose polymer products for your process and to allow a comparison with several products available; solid or liquid as well as the sequence of injections.
